We concentrate primarily in the areas of estate planning, trusts, probate administration and litigation, real estate transactions, and business transactions.
We also have a specialty practice supporting families with special needs. As part of this practice we advise families regarding a myriad of factors that will impact the lives of their loved ones including Special Needs Trusts, ABLE Accounts, Guardianships, Powers of Attorney, SSI, Medicaid, Waiver Services, etc.
